| | Tired, Frustrated, and Restless. It's one of those times again. Time to head out and cool off. Breathe in the cold midnight air and just mooove
Move a lil bit. Sing a lil bit. Dance a lil bit.
In the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere, feels so freee. Heh heh, I need to break out of all my troubles more often.
If you ever see this random dude chillin up at the lookout point up Hearst, say hi cause that's probably me. Who knows, you might even hear my tenor sax singing again for the first time in 2 years.

This time though, I decided to try out a cheapo jogger/fm radio thing I got for christmas. Tonight would have been much more fun if I could have actually gotten the thing to work. I mean, the only things it knows how to pick up clearly are static and mexican stations! (I want my mp3 player back casey!!!)
Small interesting turn of events. A group of 3 freshman-looking indian girls came up to my spot and stood a good 10ft away. Just trying to be friendly, I came up to them. They were actually subconciously trying to ignore my presence. I talked some, and only one of them even dared to speak back. She gave the most ambiguous one-word responses. The other two just stood there looking at me all funny. They musta thought I was some kinda psycho-freak or something. Well, whatever. At least they were polite after I said, "I'll leave you girls alone."
Gotta work on the approach, maybe the opening words. Maybe I look scary or unapproachable. Or maybe it was just the fact that I wasn't a female Indian who spoke clique. (Instead it was some random stranger who looks too old to be a student).

I've taken a new liking to a couple Black Eyed Peas songs lately. It's like...it's impossible to just sit still you know. You just gotta break out and dance.
"Shut Up" is so catchy but gets you hella depressed. An addictive double-edged sword. Scary and painful, yet you can't help but lust for more. |
